Every year, we arrange more than 2,000 medical appointments for patients to receive treatment in Singapore and Malaysia. We have working relationships with all the private and government healthcare providers, and the majority of our clients are from Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Cambodia and China. 

Job Scope

We are looking for a part time free-lance escort (to be paid for activation) to assist client or patient in:

1. Obtaining medical report or documents from hospital in Penang and Melaka
2. Settling hospital bills if needed face to face
3. Assisting in registration and booking appointment for hospital in Penang and Melaka
4. Guiding patient from registration to finish consultation during the appointment (if needed)
5. Helping with logistics for patient (if needed)
6. Other administrative tasks

Qualification

• Able to speak English and Malay
• Prefer if the candidate has a flexible or freelance job currently.
• Based in Penang
