Freelancer Needed to Prepare EU-Compliant Shipping Documents & Optional Delivery Coordination

Project Desciption

We are seeking a detail-oriented freelancer based in Malaysia or Singapore to prepare and manage all shipping documents required for delivery to customers in the European Union. This includes:

• EU-compliant commercial invoice (with correct HS codes, incoterms, and EORI references)

• Packing list

• Bill of Lading (B/L)

• Certificate of Origin (CO)

• Any additional documents required to confirm delivery and ensure customs clearance

You must be familiar with EU import regulations, and able to coordinate with our Malaysian freight forwarder and destination-side customs broker if needed.

If you are experienced in arranging door-to-door delivery, please include this in your proposal. We are open to freelancers who can:

• Liaise with freight forwarders and customs agents

• Ensure final delivery to EU customers

• Track and confirm delivery status
