JOB DESCRIPTION

Front Desk & Facility Management:

– Welcome members & guests, answer questions, and assist with inquiries.

– Manage guest registration, package delivery, and office supplies.

– Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

– Learn member names and personalize their experience.

– Answer questions about policies, procedures, and building access.

Building Operations:

– Prepare event spaces and assist with event logistics.

– Maintain up-to-date building forms.

– Community Engagement & Events:

– Register new members and guests.

– Conduct tours and promote WORQ’s space.

Additional Duties:

– Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
