What Youll Be Crafting

  • Create, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant traffic sources.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, optimizing campaigns to maintain efficient Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) while improving lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Execute structured A/B testing across ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Track and report key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, and overall marketing efficiency, providing clear insights to guide campaign decisions.
  • Work closely with the creative and copywriting teams to identify high-performing ad hooks, messaging angles, and visual assets that drive conversions.
  • Identify underperforming campaigns quickly and take immediate action to pause, optimize, or pivot strategies to maintain campaign efficiency.
  • Manage campaign budgets responsibly, ensuring marketing spend is optimized for maximum return on investment.
  • Stay updated on advertising platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to continuously improve campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, copywriting, and project management to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and timelines.

Your Superpowers

  • At least 2–3 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Proven experience managing performance-driven campaigns with measurable ROI results.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into optimization strategies.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, campaign dashboards, and performance data.
  • Experience with conversion tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or other tracking systems is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels, customer behavior, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work closely with creative teams to improve ad performance.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate campaign insights clearly.
  • Ability to work proactively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • A strong drive to improve campaign performance and generate measurable business growth.
