Job Overview:

Think Academy is currently seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Coordinator to join our HR team, focusing on full-cycle recruiting activities to support our expanding team. This remote position is based in Malaysia and offers a great opportunity for individuals with 0-3 years of recruitment experience. The role involves managing job postings, sourcing candidates, resume screening, coordinating the interview process, and conducting initial interviews. This position is available as an internship or contract role, with potential for conversion to a regular full-time position based on performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations Support: Assist in the day-to-day HR operations for the US campus, including onboarding, offboarding, and managing employee transfers and rotations. 
  • HR Data & Systems Management: Maintain and update employee records and HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Cross-Border Coordination: Liaise with the China HQ team to align on cross-border HR processes, tasks, and approvals.
  • Talent Sourcing & Job Posting: Craft and post job advertisements across multiple platforms, proactively source candidates via online channels and referrals, and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants.
  • Interview Coordination & Candidate Engagement: Arrange and coordinate interviews, participate in initial screening calls, and ensure a smooth and timely hiring process by supporting both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ad Hoc: Provide general administrative support for HR projects and processes.

 

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably with knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and team members at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.

 

Additional Information:

This position is remote, allowing for flexible work hours that accommodate the needs of global recruitment activities. The role requires frequent communication with candidates and team members, primarily in English.
