Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer expectations and take ownership of their requests
  • Liaise with various departments to resolve customer issues
  • Stay updated on new or enhanced products/services to ensure top-notch service
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers to review processes and implement improvements

Requirements:

  • Only Malaysians
  • Proficiency in English
  • Education: SPM and above (Min ‘B’ for English and Maths if SPM holder)
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in inbound call/answering call
  • Excellent communication skills

Working Arrangement:

  • Normal working hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Office-based role
