[URGENT] We are running a project in Malaysia that requires native Bahasa Malaysia speakers to support an AI-driven call center script development process. The project has two main tasks:
Data Sourcing (Web Search): Collect user manuals in Bahasa Malaysia from the internet. These manuals will be used as input for AI script generation.
Script Review & Correction (Translation/Customer Service QA): Review AI-generated call center dialogue scripts in Bahasa Malaysia to ensure they are natural, accurate, and customer-friendly. Make corrections where necessary to align with professional call center communication standards.
We are looking for either:
A team of freelancers to handle both tasks collaboratively, OR
A local lead/manager in Malaysia (preferably with call center QA, linguistics, or customer service background) who can recruit, manage, and ensure quality delivery.
Deliverables include:
A compiled and well-organized set of user manuals. (A standard user manual is attached in the post)
Corrected and finalized call center dialogue scripts.
This is a short-term but high-volume project with potential for ongoing collaboration.
Project roadmap and budget to be discussed further with the freelancer.
