One-off Field Survey & Photo Gathering at Teluk Kalung Industrial Park

Project Desciption

We are looking for a local part-time field researcher based in Kemaman / Chukai, Terengganu to complete a one-time on-site survey at Teluk Kalung Industrial Estate.

Main Work Content:

1. Take clear photos of the overall park environment, factory exteriors, park roads, public facilities and gate signs of all settled enterprises inside the industrial zone;
2. Visit the park management office to obtain the official complete list of settled enterprises, park planning documents, utility fee standards (water, electricity, steam) and other official materials;
3. Collect basic public business information of each chemical and industrial enterprise in the park from the front desk: establishment time, main products, production scale and relevant brochures;
4. Sort out all collected pictures, paper materials and information, and send electronic copies after finishing the site visit.

Requirements for Candidates:

1. Live locally in Kemaman, Terengganu, convenient for round trips to the industrial park;
2. Fluent in both English and Bahasa Melayu for smooth communication with park management and enterprise front desk;
3. Own a mobile phone with clear camera; careful and patient in information collection;
4. This is a one-time short-term project, settled payment upon full delivery of all deliverables.
5. Note: No access to factory internal production workshops is required, only public areas and front desk public information collection.
