WHAT YOU’LL DO

• • Prepare quotations and issue sales policy cover notes for partners efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer orders, addressing any issues promptly to maintain correct and updated information.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of our insurance products to provide personalised recommendations that align with customers’ needs and preferences.
  • Process customer transactions and issue policies using the appropriate portals.
  • Efficiency, accuracy and speed in generating quotations are crucial for maintaining high performance and meeting client expectations.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

• • Fresh graduates and interns are encouraged to apply. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field – is a plus!
  • Individuals with the flexibility to commit to gaining hands-on experience for an extended period are welcome to apply as well.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

IMPORTANT LOGISTICAL REQUIREMENTS

• This job is onsite, at our office.
• This job has a strict working slot of 9AM to 3PM, 5 days a week.
• You are required to be equipped with your own technology devices.
