I am looking for a reliable part-time virtual assistant to help with administrative tasks and report preparation.
This is a remote position requiring approximately 2–3 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Report Preparation (Main Task – Approximately 70%)
– Review photos and notes provided
– Prepare simple summary tables
– Organize findings into clear lists
This work is repetitive and structured, and training will be provided.
2. Administrative Support
– Draft simple emails based on instructions
– Organize information into tables
– Track follow-ups when required
3. Research Tasks (Occasional – Approximately 30%)
– Find information online
– Research potential contacts or sales channels
– Compare products or services
– Prepare summaries in simple format
Tools Used:
– Google Docs
– Google Sheets
– Internet research tools
Ideal Candidate:
– Detail-oriented (very important)
– Comfortable reviewing photos and identifying issues
– Able to organize information clearly
– Good written English
– Reliable and consistent
– Willing to learn structured workflows
– Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools
– Comfortable using AI to assist with research, summaries, or drafting
– Basic knowledge of organizing information using AI tools is a plus
Work Schedule:
– Approximately 2–3 hours daily
– Monday to Friday
– Flexible working hours
Budget:
RM800 per month (1-month trial period)
If performance is good, long-term work may be offered.
