Project Desciption

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Settler to join our dynamic sales team.

This fully remote role involves executing outbound calls to generate sales leads, following up with prospects to schedule meetings, and nurturing leads through templated email follow-ups. You will be responsible for logging call outcomes and appointment details in our CRM, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates. Regular training sessions and sync-up meetings will be held to support your success and align efforts with our strategic goals. High performers will have opportunities for more projects in the future.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Execute outbound calling and outreach to generate sales leads
  • Conduct follow-up calls with prospects to secure scheduled meetings
  • Send templated follow-up emails to nurture potential leads
  • Log call outcomes, appointment details, and relevant data into our CRM
  • Attend trainings and sync-up meetings to stay updated on strategies and best practices 

Work Hours: 

  • 10-15 hours per week (Monday – Friday) 
  • Flexible schedule within business hours, but must be available for calls and internal meetings as required

Compensation: 

  • Base fee + performance-based bonus

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or B2B sales is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Malay is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus 
  • Based in Malaysia, with a reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely 
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills 
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and following a structured sales process 
  • Basic computer skills (having own laptop) and familiarity with CRM systems (or willingness to learn) 
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Experience Level: 

  • Entry-level to Mid-level, with prior experience in a similar role being an advantage
