Project Desciption

The work arrangement is part-time during office hours (between 9am and 6pm Malaysian time) Monday to Friday for a minimum of 24 hours per week

It can be either remote or hybrid depending on which option and where you are based. For the positions where the working hours are between 9am and 6pm then there is the option for Kuala Lumpur based team members to join us for our 2 weekly office days, Monday and Friday, in our office at Damansara Heights.

About the Role

You will report to the Head of Delivery and will work alongside our Project Delivery Executives to ensure our team of data labelling annotators delivers the highest quality work to our clients, fueling AI advancements across various industries.

You will assist in the operational management of client projects and to do this you will need to develop an understanding of data labelling execution.  The role will demand a high work ethic as well as project, time and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing operational support to the Project Delivery Executives to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Assisting with operational tasks for setting up projects.
• Develop project guidelines and project planning.
• Complete project administrative tasks in line with client and internal standards.
• Providing guidance to our remote annotators with their challenges and/or questions via our internal communication platforms, including resolving project-specific queries.
• Perform thorough quality checks for optimal accuracy.

Qualifications

• Possess or working towards a relevant degree such as Business Studies, Analytics, Computer Science, BA or other professional degree.
• Technically competent in Google Suites including being highly proficient with spreadsheets. A basic knowledge of any programming language would be a bonus but not necessary.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy and reliability.
• Fast learner, self-driven and results oriented, doing what it takes to meet targets and make an impact.
• High level of commitment, integrity and have an excellent “can do” working attitude.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities with efficient time management skills, able to multitask and manage one’s own time.
• Resourcefulness – always looking for and trying different ways to arrive at a solution if the general route does not work.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in a 2nd language such as Malay, Mandarin or Tagalog is an advantage.
