Job description

Below employer seeking skilled AutoCAD drafters to join their remote team on a contract basis. Your primary responsibility will be to create accurate and detailed designs for solar panel placements on residential roofs.

Key Responsibilities
• Create AutoCAD drawings of solar panel layouts based on site survey reports and drone imagery
• Ensure designs comply with company standards and local regulations
• Submit completed drafts in a timely manner
• Make amendments to designs as needed

Requirements
• Very strong English. Briefing information will be provided via video call discussions. The ability to have technical discussions in English is essential.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (we exclusively use AutoCAD for this role)
• Experience in architectural or solar panel design (preferred)
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable internet connection and computer with AutoCAD installed
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Commitment to complete a minimum of 25 house drawings per week (5 outputs per day, 5 days a week)

Compensation
• Base rate: RM22 for every 5 houses drafted
• Incentive: Additional RM13 for every 5 houses if all the following conditions are met:
• 1. Drafts are submitted on the same day as assigned
• 2. No more than 1 house requires amendment
• 3. Any required amendments are delivered on the same day
• Paid training and onboarding for the first 3 days
