Project Desciption

We are looking for a creative, energetic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing social media team.

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, introducing our social media and digital marketing services to potential clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients and business opportunities.
• Promote and sell social media marketing, content creation, advertising and digital marketing services.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Manage client enquiries, follow-ups, quotations and sales proposals.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and business partners.
• Understand clients’ business needs and recommend suitable social media solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations and explain campaign packages, services and benefits.
• Coordinate with the creative/content team to ensure campaigns meet client requirements.
• Monitor social media trends, market opportunities and competitors.
• Assist in planning promotional campaigns, events and marketing activities.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Prepare basic sales and marketing reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Communications or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, social media, advertising or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and making sales presentations.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong interest in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and Threads.
• Willing to learn and keep up with the latest social media and digital marketing trends.
• Able to work independently as well as with a team.
• Target-oriented, proactive and responsible.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings/events when required.

Salary: Based on experience and qualifications
