We’re looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator who thrives in a remote environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly—from quotations to delivery.
🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
As the backbone of our sales operations, you’ll:
🔹 Support Sales Success
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to drive day-to-day sales operations
- Coordinate between customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Keep deals moving smoothly from quotation to delivery
🔹 Own the Quotation Process
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for hardware and software solutions
- Liaise with vendors and distributors for pricing and availability
- Ensure all proposals are clear, timely, and aligned with business goals
🔹 Manage Orders End-to-End
- Process sales orders with precision and efficiency
- Coordinate procurement and track order progress
- Proactively resolve delays or issues
🔹 Ensure Seamless Delivery
- Arrange and monitor deliveries with logistics partners
- Keep customers informed with timely updates
- Ensure successful and hassle-free fulfillment
🔹 Be the Communication Hub
- Build strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Respond quickly to inquiries and support requests
- Maintain clear and professional communication at all times
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales coordination, admin, or inside sales (IT industry is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
- Organized, reliable, and proactive in problem-solving
