We’re Hiring: Video Editor / Content Editor

We’re looking for a creative, fast-paced Video Editor to join our growing content team. You’ll be responsible for editing high-performing short-form content, collaborating with creators, and helping scale our social media presence across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities

• Edit engaging short-form videos for social media platforms

• Turn raw footage into high-retention, scroll-stopping content

• Add captions, subtitles, sound effects, music, and basic motion graphics

• Collaborate with creators and content managers to hit daily/weekly output goals

• Follow brand styles, pacing, and performance guidelines

• Organize files and meet tight deadlines consistently

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of video editing experience (short-form preferred)

• Strong understanding of TikTok / Reels / Shorts pacing and trends

• Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects, etc.)

• Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience editing viral or high-view content

• Basic motion graphics or animation skills

• Familiarity with content analytics (watch time, retention, hooks)

Job Type

• Full-time / Contract (flexible depending on fit)

Pay

• RM2,500 – RM3,000 per month (based on experience and output)
