Job Title: Social Media Coordinator

Reports to: Brand Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize social media to attract individuals interested in learning Mandarin
• Promote FREE Mandarin trial classes
• Engage with prospects and encourage participation
• Convert prospects into registrations and earn commissions
• Represent the brand professionally across online platforms
• Collaborate with team leaders and undergo full training
• Salary – Commission & incentives during probation period; basic salary + incentives + commission after confirmation

Requirements:

• Active on social media with basic knowledge of online marketing
• No experience required — open to fresh graduates and career changers
• Housewives and individuals seeking work-from-home opportunities are encouraged to apply
• Age: 40 years old and below
• Must have own laptop, tablet, PC, or iPad
• Proficiency in Mandarin is not required (able to speak Malay and English is sufficient)
