Social Media Manager + Video Editor (Reels, Content Strategy & Brand Growth)

We are looking for a serious, highly skilled, and creative Social Media Manager + Video Editor to manage and grow multiple Instagram accounts. Initially, you will handle Dahhans_exeter (COFFE SHOP)  and Dahhans_barbers. (BARBERSHOP) If your performance is strong, consistent, and you can handle the workload, your role will expand to include Arabsmash (our clothing brand), a personal brand account focused on lifestyle, business, and motivational content, and Reserveo (a mobile app requiring launch content, strategy, and management).

We are looking for a professional individual (male or female) who can work independently without constant guidance, has strong creative vision and original ideas, and can lead the content direction rather than just follow instructions. You should be able to guide us and take full ownership of the content process from start to finish. We will provide raw content (we can shoot professionally), but you must know how to edit, structure, and turn it into high-quality, engaging content.

Your responsibilities will include editing high-quality Instagram reels (cinematic, modern, and engaging), creating photo posts and branded content, managing accounts (posting, captions, scheduling), developing ideas and creative direction, staying updated with trends and viral formats, and growing the accounts through strategy and consistency.

For the clothing brand (Arabsmash), it is a strong advantage if you understand e-commerce marketing, SEO, paid ads (Meta Ads / TikTok Ads), and can help create growth strategies focused on sales and brand awareness.

You must be able to produce high-end, premium content, including cinematic edits, smooth transitions, speed ramps, advanced After Effects animations, clean modern typography, professional sound effects, strong color grading, and attention to detail in timing and flow. We will provide references when needed, and you must be able to match or improve them.

Before hiring, you will be required to complete a trial consisting of 2 reel edits and 1 photo post to assess your quality and creativity. You must also provide previous work or a portfolio.

It is also a bonus if you can help build a personal brand account with lifestyle, business journey, and motivational content.

If you perform well, this role will grow into managing multiple brands, full content strategy, and the Reserveo app launch and growth.

You must be skilled in professional tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and DaVinci Resolve.
