Freelance Assistant Producer

Project Desciption

I’m looking for a freelance Assistant Producer to support the launch of Authentically Pammy, a new lifestyle, style and personal-storytelling content project focused on YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.

The initial project runs for 3 months, with a realistic target of 2 strong short-form videos per week. You’ll help turn ideas into well-structured, shoot-ready content and keep production moving smoothly.

Key responsibilities: develop hooks and short-form concepts, prepare simple scripts and shot lists, coordinate filming days, assist with on-location shoots, organize footage for the editor, manage the content calendar, track basic performance analytics, and help identify which formats are working best.

You should have previous hands-on experience producing YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels, understand short-form storytelling, retention, hooks, pacing and vertical-video production, and be organized enough to manage several pieces of content at once.

Experience in lifestyle, travel, fashion, food or personality-led content is a strong advantage.

Time commitment: approximately 6–8 hours per week, with some flexibility around filming days.
