Medklinix V2 Upgrade

Project Desciption

We are looking for a freelancer to upgrade our existing healthcare SaaS platform built with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.

## Required Work

– Fix and test registration, login, password reset, and patient creation.

– Add secure role-based access for administrators, clinic owners, doctors, staff, and patients.

– Ensure each clinic can only access its own patients, appointments, records, and payments.

– Improve patient, clinical record, dental record, appointment, and prescription workflows.

– Add prescription PDF generation, printing, practitioner details, and signatures.

– Improve Stripe subscriptions, webhooks, invoices, cancellations, and failed payments.

– Add reliable email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app notifications.

– Move uploads to secure cloud storage with protected file access.

– Add audit logs for important user and clinical actions.

– Complete English and Spanish translations.

– Improve mobile responsiveness, accessibility, security, and performance.

– Add automated tests for all critical workflows.

– Prepare the application for production deployment.

## Technical Requirements

– Continue using the existing Next.js frontend and Express/MongoDB backend.

– Use TypeScript and avoid unnecessary dependencies.

– Do not break existing working features.

– Document environment variables, APIs, deployment, backup, and recovery.
