Freelance Data Entry & Report Writer (Inspection Reports) – Remote

Project Desciption

• Handwriting Transcription: Read and decipher handwritten English notes from photos/scans taken during inspections.

• Cross-Referencing: Match the specific written findings to the correct digital inspection images provided.

• HomeGauge Data Entry: * Open the relevant inspection template in the HomeGauge desktop software.

  • Input transcribed notes into the correct narrative sections.

  • Generate a full report based off example.

• Image Annotation: * Upload images into HomeGauge.

  • Use the software’s built-in tools to input images and comment on certain inputs provdided.

• Training Period: 16RM/HR for the first 5–10 hours while you learn the HomeGauge interface and my handwriting style.

• Ongoing Rate: Continue at 16RM/hour, or transition to a Flat Rate of $48–$60RM per report once you are efficient.
• Payment Method: Wise (to send directly to your Malaysian bank account) or Upwork (if you need hired through their platform). Other methods can also be arranged.
